Train Liek a Pro competition basketball Richard Bell

Here at Hoops Connect we’ve been working hard to build a team of excellent ambassadors, and now it’s time to put them to work. It’s competition time. And this one’s pretty special…

All this week we’re going to be sharing Manchester Giants forward and Hoops Connect ambassador Richard Bell’s top tips to improve your basketball skills.

We want you to film yourself trying his drills, and send them in to us on Twitter or Facebook, tagging Hoops Connect and using #JumpIn.

We’ll pick a winner, who’ll get a one-on-one coaching session with the big man himself. Pretty cool, right?

Five skills in five videos over five days.

Five opportunities to win.

So what are you waiting for? Get out on that court!

Monday’s drill: Shooting

Tuesday’s drill: Defending

Wednesday’s drill: Dribbling

Thursday’s drill: Layups

Friday’s drill: Post Moves

Film yourself practicing Richard’s drills and share it with Hoops Connect on Twitter and Facebook for a chance to win a one-on-one coaching session with the 6’9″ forward!

We’ll be announcing our winners in the week commencing 11th December.

Good luck!
